“After almost a month of planning our flooring install with another company, the whole thing went completely south 7 days before we were to move in. We emailed everyone we knew to try and find a (1) solid installer and (2) that was available as the move-in date wasn't negotiable and we owned the flooring. David was referred to us by a dear friend. When I reached out, their team technically wasn't available, but he was clear on what a huge pickle we were in and said give me a couple of hours and let me get back to you. I told him we were willing to pay emergency service pricing since clearly we were pulling him off of established jobs and it had to get done.Dave called back after thoughtfully reaching out to his current jobs and agreed to do it. They showed up early, in the pouring rain, and would have worked the weekend if it had been necessary.... I can't say enough good things about them!100% integrity, courteous, skilled, and efficient team (10 hours to do 1,100 sq ft office!), and the crew were wonderful to work with, conscientious about the space, on top of cleaning up as they went, and worked easily around other contractors in the space. We cannot THANK YOU enough! They are now our absolute go-to for our wood flooring needs!“

“Our handyman kept stalling with new doors for our condo. For some reason we patiently waited and lived with broken doors for over a year. Finally called SWF Construction. They came over right away measured and ordered the product. Not only did they communicate and finish in a timely manner - they also did an amazing job! Kevin had to cut the wall replace doors trim and painted. Excellent work and we are extremely pleased. It’s the little details and excellent communication that make a difference. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for future projects and remodel.“

“I am trying to save a laminate floor that a tenant put a big 3 x 3 white circle in the middle of it with an office chair with metal wheels . I am hoping to try to fixjust one area so I don't have to charge the tenant for a new floor. I was lucky enough to talk to Lee who so impressed me that I wanted to share myexperience on Yelp which is my go to site for those that make an impression (either good or bad) He took the time to explain how I would have to match the size, color and the locking mechanism to only buy enough for the damaged area. He explained how to take a piece out of a closet to bring in . He also gave me many other possible ways to try to mask the damage which might work for a day, a month or longer or worst case not at all,. He was so polite and helpful that I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring. Often when you call a store you get workers that don't know their product or do not want to take the time to assist you. If there were 6 stars I would give it to Lee.“
