“Tldr: friendly quick service at a fair price.I live on a golf course and somebody smashed a ball through our window. The next day, in the morning I called and spoke to a person in the office. They were very kind and patient with my lack of knowledge. I text her a picture and she gave me a fair price and a few hours later I have a beautiful new window pane that did not break the bank. The installer was also polite and respectful of property. I will be calling them again for the next golf ball.“

“I recently had hurricane windows installed in my home. When I say top tier service, I mean top tier. From the beginning Mr. Brown and his grandson coming out to measure my windows to the last blind was back in place. Everyone was very professional, respectful, friendly overall a very good group of individuals. I heard alot of laughter amongst the crew, which means to me that each and everyone of them enjoyed/loves what they do and enjoyed work8ng together. My grandpa always told if there is laughter in the workplace that means the owner is doing something right. The crew of people followed and respected the directive of the lead person which spoke volumes to me. On the day of serving rain was in the forecast but that didn't stop the work flow. This team of employees work together in unison and completed the job in record time. They left no stone unturned. They put everything back the way that they found it. I think they even dusted for me as well ??. Even on the way out one of the gentlemen was sweet enough to tighten my door hendge so it could close properly and when I offered a hug, he ran away from me ROTFL ?? too funny.
