The initial meeting when Ray arrived at ny Father's house to go over the contract, while I was on the phone during the meeting.
They sent me confirmation when the permit was issued, and again what schedule to expect for the dumpsters arrival.
The day the project was to start, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Kai sent me pictures and updates throughout the 1 1/2 days of the project.
Another notification when the inspection was complete.

They treated my Father as one would/should treat their own. I can't express enough, what that meant to me!
