If i could give them 0 starts I would, first off their installation had two filter driers which is wrong, second they didn’t register my warranty and when I went to claim one they told me I had no warranty for a indoor coil; from the moment they installed this unit it been a problem; they did the coil and did not change the drier or added refrigerant after the fact and charged $1500. In other words don’t call these people.
This company is having major issues returning calls and getting technicians out when your a/c stops working. I’ve used them multiple times on new hvac units but will be going to another company after this. If you don’t believe me call their number and push one for service.
A little word of advice.... if you're going to ride somebody's bumper and then honk at them you might want to avoid doing it in your wrapped company vehicle. Not a good look... Have a little more respect when you're driving through a residential neighborhood.
