After a storm power surge killed my AC Capacitor, Amtek came to the rescue! Greg Stein, my technician, evaluated the problem quickly, confirmed by testing, and suggested that I add a surge protector because in this area, we get power surges with every rain storm, and this very pricey part would have to be replaced again and again. I highly recommend the surge protector and this kind, funny, respectful, and professional technician!
10/10 stars! This is a wonderful AC company. My family and I were stranded without out AC for a while. Amtek worked tirelessly to get us a unit as quickly as possible. They were extremely effective in communication and scheduling timely service. It was a 5 hour install and the employees worked relentlessly in the pouring rain to get us a working AC unit. Customer service is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!
