“Went in for hair cut after first meeting with the owner and felt comfortable booking an appointment for my long thick hair. She listened and I could tell she knows what she's doing with long hair. Not everyone can cut a style into long hair! I brought a few pictures in she did a fabulous job. I was a hair cutter and I'm not easy to please but I'd definitely recommend her. “I was at great clips thurs 9/21 I always go to Charlene she is the best..my sister and many of my friends go to charlene also..
But yesterday I checked in on line and when I arrived there was a one hour wait so l left and came back on time..
The screen with all the peoples names were blank shut off..and names were listed on a white sheet of paper I was suppose to be next and the list was changed and I had to wait another hour
..Shade was the manager handling the list..this is rediculous this is the second time I had to wait 2 hours..
When I was suppose to be next...
Then Charline has to go back and put me back on the list.
