Customers report great experiences, noting the company is competent, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew is described as amazing, professional, and detail oriented. Technicians are on time, friendly, and return calls promptly. One customer had a faulty tankless heater diagnosed immediately, with the technician staying on hold with the manufacturer to get a part and replacing fixtures with higher end ones. Another had a water heater replaced, lines fixed, and new valves installed. When an issue arose with prior plumbing work, a solution agreeable to all parties was arranged. Even months later, a technician provided a video call to walk through a fix. Customers highly recommend Aqua Dimensions for future plumbing projects and describe the service as the best experience with a plumber, resulting in nice hot showers.
Great customer service! From speaking with Pula in the office to working with Eric, the service technician, the entire experience was excellent. They were very quick to answer the phone and get me scheduled for an appointment right away.
Eric was fantastic—very friendly and easy to get along with. He quickly identified the issue with the water temperature and pressure and clearly knows his trade extremely well. His knowledge and customer service skills really stood out.
Highly recommend!
