“2025 - 6 STARS !!!!..... QUALITY SERVICE,........ WORKMANSHIP, PRODUCT MATERIALS......COMPETITIVE ....PRICING........... Needing a Roof..? I have lived in Charlotte County since 1996, 2nd Hurricane for me, my family also 2nd & 3rd Hurricanes & have used AAA Schwartz Roofing several times, now it was my turn to take on the task of replacing my roof over 45 squares..... due to severe damage from Hurricane IAN, Like any consumer shopping for a roof we all want to shop on the best prices & materials being used for your home I wasted my time getting the estimates from other roofer companies...... I looked online....and collected information and then called roofers mostly from other towns outside Charlotte County.....what a nightmare...what a bunch of jokers, demanding 25 to 50% $$ day of signing....only a 1-2 yr warranty some had hidden extra fees many not in business in the area very long.....and what a waste of time it was!

It surely was an education for myself .....I wasted so much time.........I decided to listen to my family and to just use who my family used & stop wasting my time with any other companies, so I quickly found my estimate from AAA Schwartz Roofing & called Donny up & told him that I was going come in to sign & pick out my color shingle which I did. I felt like 1000 pounds off my head when I went into his office, Donny was cheerful, warm and made me feel so good about having my roof done.

The day his crew showed up they were right on schedule and right on time as he promised they were all quiet, professional, clean and highly organized the entire time they did my roof each day....I had no issues.....I was even happy to give them cold waters and tip them all $$ due to the excellent work they were doing on my roof.

I was truly amazed on how detailed they worked as a roofing team, no issues with cleaning up.....Final Inspection was done today......I let Donny and his Dad know how amazing everything was & how happy I was and that I was going to write a lengthy review to let others know I can see why they were VOTED CHARLOTTE COUNTIES #1 ROOFER....AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK!!!! PRICING WAS EXCELLENT!! .....QUALITY PRODUCTS ALSO!!!!
