Subsequently, another service company was on the roof and noticed that it had not been completely cleaned up following the repairs. We contacted CRM and they sent a crew to address the problem. The crew spent several hours reviewing and cleaning up the earlier work and did an excellent job. “Wofford roofing is awesome! We had a new roof put on by another company about five years ago. I had my dryer vent cleaned an a few weeks ago and found out that the roofing company neglected to keep an exit for my dryer vent. So basically it was blowing up in our attic, which has been causing AC problems upstairs in our home. Wofford Roofing came out and explained it was totally the prior roofers error! Huge lesson learned about choosing a reputable roofing company, especially in Florida! Wofford Roofing was able to fix it very quickly and affordably. This could’ve been a major fire hazard. “When we were having trouble getting another roofer out to stand by their warranty on a repair Gary's offered to come out and help us get the patch on the roof before we were leaving town during rainy season and they saved us from additional damage. There was no charge. They had been out for a bid several months previous and were trying to earn out business...Enter EAN.. we had significant damage to our roof September 28th and went under contract with Gary's in Jan. We were told work would be 4-6 months out due to demand. They agreed to keep us dry with any repairs till we could get the new roof. I am happy to say we have our new tile roof and they completed (April 3rd only a three month wait) the work professionally and we are very pleased. They have done over 80 roofs in our community and have an outstanding reputation. The roofers are employees not contractors and they were all great workers. Three of the days we had 15 workers on our property. We are delighted that the job was completed in less than 2 weeks and each day they left the property clean and tidy. They are a little more expensive than the other bids we received but they are worth every penny. They also only required $1000 down till the work began and did not tie up significant money in the waiting period.“

“Mark Kauffman roofing did our roof a few years before hurricane Ian. Being Wisconsin snowbirds we were not here during the storm, but shortly thereafter i flew in to inspect the damages. I picked up 3 + wheel barrows of shingles in our back yard but NOT 1 from our roof. Upon further inspection I noticed a small area that had been impacted during the storm. I wasn’t worried about leaking but thought I should have someone look at it. I called and the very next day they were here inspecting the roof. Their recommendation was to replace that area, and everything else was in excellent condition. Today their crew came to do the work and “WOW’l In less than an hour I can’t even see the repair.
