Recently bought a park model in Sarasota & inspection revealed a couple of small tears in the roof & tattering of one edge of roofing. All Weather Tite Roofing was called for repairs. Kelly was great! On time for estimate & came back to do repair himself. Very professional & pleasant to deal with. It was a small job for him, but I would highly recommend him for a larger job also.

I can not speak highly enough of Kelly Shepard of All Weather Tite Roofing!
This is the FIRST time since my lanai roof was replaced after being torn off by Hurricane Ian that my Lanai IS DRY.
Two general Contractors and three roofers later Kelly stuck by me and finished the job. He wouldn’t take ANY money until the job was finished.
This is why I can’t praise him and his workers enough.
This review is long overdue. After Ian came through and I was able to schedule an insurance adjuster, on a Sunday, I called Kelly Shepard, the owner of All Weather Tite. He told me no problem he would be at the house when the adjuster was there. I had a very specialized shingle roof that was almost twice the cost of what the insurance company was offering. He showed the adjuster exactly what I had and worked directly with him and that helped to get me the correct settlement. I upgraded to a standing seam metal roof and paid the difference.
