During the tear-off phase Josh was our point person who also kept us fully informed on the process which was completed in two days by a crew who were very focused and took the extra time to make sure our property was both protected and cleaned thoroughly after they finished their work.
The tile delivery came shortly after followed by crews who loaded the roof and completed all the remaining prep work. Installation followed shortly after. With David as our point of contact for the installation phase, we were well informed of what was happening during the entire process.
Once completed they returned to power wash our driveway, sidewalks and pool area as a final part of their service, I have watched a large number of homes in our neighborhood have new roof installed and Kaufman Roofing is the only one I have observed taking the extra effort once the job was completed.

He came and inspected the roof within 48 hours on a weekend. His inspection was thorough and he explained his findings and provided me with a good estimate. On my approval of the work, he came again and matched the shingles. In a few days they were available and he returned with his crew. He supervised the work which was done in a day.
