“Pilates on 3rd is the ONLY studio I have found to meet my fitness needs in the Jacksonville area. I’ve been attending classes for over 5 years and still find it fresh and challenging with the perfect mix of instructors that bring individuality to their training.Being a certified pilates instructor, I’m very particular about where I train. I appreciate the mix of classes the studio provides and still find myself enjoying the Get It Right classes on days that I want to focus on form and reconnect to my body for better alignment and structural integration. That said, I also love a good Blast Class which will take your physique to the next level and you can really see your muscles tone up while building strength and endurance. A must mention is the Power Flow classes that are my personal favorite!The instructors are top notch and the studio stays true to its small classes where the focus is on form and has never sold out to Class Pass (no offense)! Because of this, there’s a true sense of community and support. I love my Pilates on 3rd family ”
