Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful with helping me pick the service my family and I needed.Red stains were not able to come up but the carpets over all appearance is 95% better

I'm usually very picky when it comes to choosing a carpet cleaning service provider to work in my house due to the many terrible experiences I've had in the past. Luckily, this wasn't one of them. They were patient enough to answer my questions and I was pleased by how quickly they sent over a technician to steam clean our carpet.
