Horace, the technician, was very professional, polite, thorough & personable. Upon completion of each area, he asked if we were happy with the outcome. He was on time, took special care & the carpet looks nearly new - which it’s not & somewhat worn. I had a bad experience with Stanley Steemer in Indiana and was reluctant to hire again but would recommend your business to everyone I know.

Amazing! He came in and had to do a redo on another person who didn’t do it right the first time and the results were phenomenal. I highly recommend him even though he’s buying himself. He will definitely get the job done. He should be very appreciated, not a lot of people that work hard like him.
