My mom’s AC stopped working, so we had someone come out to fix it. After several hours, the repairman determined it would need further work estimating it to be close to $3000 in repairs. The other option was to replace the unit given its age. I called Ray with Strategic Air and asked if he could give us an estimate for a new unit. He scheduled an appointment to come out the following day. When he arrived, he asked if it was okay for him to look at the unit to see if he could fix it prior to replacing it.
