Our technician Erick Burgos was AMAZING! He arrived on time for our bi-annual service call, he was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I had some questions, which he answered clearly and gave me some pointers on how to keep our HVAC system operating at its best. He took his time checking our equipment and explaining his results. Erick deserves a raise! ?

Very pleased with the service and pointers from Dean Garrett this morning….. the overall opinion of the AC system you installed in my home and your last visit from the engineer who said he designed the system…..not so positive…..extreme temperature variances from one end of the house to the other…..

A Stepping Stone AC does an outstanding job! It's never a comforting feeling when your AC stops working as you immediately know it will cost you, in most cases, ALOT. Not to mention there are a lot of companies that take advantage of customers. NOT A Stepping Stone! They are amazing. I called them and told them the issues I was having and received a call back immediately from the on-call. He was able to quote a price, offer some discount rates and schedule an appointment for the very next morning without the heavy fees.
