Blue Box Plumbing owners are extraordinary people. The softeners we had installed years ago are still working great. We had an issue over the weekend, no water, and they were more than generous with their time as they resolved the issue. The issue was not even related to their products! THANK YOU~

I cannot say enough great things about how good this company was everything from the time I scheduled the appointment to the job being finished everybody was incredibly professional helpful and courteous they did a outstanding job and the two gentleman that came out to my house worked until around 7 o’clock and we’re not going to leave until they had it done and cleaned up I could not be more happy with their work it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in dealing with a home repair I highly recommend them🙂

I called Blue Box Plumbing in the morning due to the positive reviews and because they were located very close to me. I was absolutely not disappointed, they arrived quickly and were extremely professional. They helped me quickly and proficiently diagnose my issue and resolved it that same day! Not only that but Pete explained everything to me and walked me through his process, he was honest and very genuine, I appreciate that he did not try and take advantage of a bad situation.
