I dropped my 2 pieces off Monday, and a mix-up at their main plant caused my garments to be late, an upper member of their staff Mrs. Allie personally picked up my garments and delivered them to me. I and my new wife was so thankful, by me being a bigger guy I can't find garments at Walmart or Target so my pieces were very important to me especially with me having a 10 am brunch for my job the next day 1 hour away. Thanks, Mrs. Allie and Vick's Cleaners, for the great work.
I switched from this location from another vicks and I am very pleased with the service here. The clothes come back quicker and when they are running late she actually seems to care and double checks the store instead of saying sorry oh well basically. She's very professional, goes out of her way to make sure things are right and manages the store well.
