Community Health Northwest Florida Adult & Family Care at West Jackson Street offers care where patients feel heard and respected. I am a patient of Dr Lena Dunn and she is so wonderful in her profession and she understands my pain and what I have went through and also what I am going through she gets me the help that I need and make sure that I get the care that’s needed . She is a wonderful person inside and out. I love her and being her patient. Her Professionalism is off the CHARTS!

I see Vanessa Enriquez and I am always happy and satisfied after my visits because she is very thorough and takes her time talking to me and explaining anything I need to know from my medical needs. The community clinic in its self always seems to have all my needs in one place I can do my labs and test and see my doctor all in the same convenient location which makes things so much easier. My only issue is how backed up they can be and how long it can take to get an appointment
