Rich showed up and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was extremely professional and polite. I've never had a repair fixed and explained why and what so nicely before. I recommend him for anyone that needs their problem with appliances fixed professionally. I will absolutely be calling again first if I have any more problems with any of my appliances! Honest , old school approach. I called him on Saturday as I was looking to buy a part to my dryer that had been “repaired “unsuccessful 3x by another company and after much frustration to my husband and myself we took it part ourselves and just needed parts. Rich spent about 20 min on the phone with me trouble shooting my issue and made sure I knew what parts I needed to order even let me send him pics to make sure we were talking about the same thing. He could have totally charged me and arm and leg or just blew me off after my request for parts but he didn’t he went the extra mile and gave me outstanding customer service. My washing machine broke down late last night and when the people that I bought it from wanted to charge me almost what I paid for it used and also said their policy had changed that they needed to pick it up bring it to their place diagnose it and then bring it back to me I was dumbfounded ! Meanwhile I had told them that my clothes were still in the washer as it would not go past the wash cycle! They said they would have to bring me a loaner washing machine ( I'm not kidding) and would not have a truck to be able to get to my house till after 3 p.m. !
