In addition to urgent care services, the clinic also offers occupational health services, including OSHA Fit Testing, BBP with PEP protocols, Breath Alcohol Test, Drug Screening, and Worker's Comp Evaluations. The clinic also treats Car Crash injuries and concerns. Customers have expressed high satisfaction with the care received at this facility. Many have noted that the staff is extremely sweet, kind, professional, and respectful, even in tense situations. The Nurse and Doctor are described as amazing and truly care about helping patients get better. Patients appreciate the clean environment and quick service, often waiting only about 10 minutes. The providers take the time to listen to patients, answer all questions, and help treat the actual problem rather than just the symptoms. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for its quality care and excellent customer service.
I give them a 5 star + because they care. I’ve been there 4 times in 3 months due to having gout. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and professionalism. The Nurse and Dr are absolutely amazing and truly care about getting better. With that being said….I say this Thank you!
First urgent care I’ve been to that the staff are extremely sweet and caring. From the front desk to the back everyone was so nice. The office was very clean and quick. I waited maybe 10 minutes at the most. I would come back 100% if needing medical help. Thank yall so much.
One of the best urgent cares I have been to. They answered all my questions and help me treat the actual problem rather than just the symptoms. I also made an appointment and I was able to get in, in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helped me understand anything I was confused about.
