“Approximately 3 months ago I started physical therapy at Renew. I had issues with 2 discs in lower back, spinal stenosis in neck & left shoulder that was replaced that needed its strength rebuilt. I was having pain in my neck & shoulder from the spinal stenosis, pain in my lower back & needed to loose 50 pounds. I could not sleep & was considering neck surgery.
I went to physical 2 times a week for 10 weeks. I am now 99% pain free, sleeping great, shoulder is much stronger & have lost 52 pounds.
I originally selected Renew PT & Wellness because it was close to my house & they also offered personal training. I would select Renew PT & Wellness today because of the excellent work they do. From the time I first walked in the door I felt welcomed to be there & an inportant client. Every person working there knew my name & was very friendly. I no longer take crestor, high blood pressure medicine, anti inflammatory pills, pain pills or turmeric.
I feel great.
