At first I was very skeptical because of previous experience with mobile crisis in my home state tends to not deescilate and just send children having a meltdown to the psych ward but here was absolutely amazed! My son was having a meltdown while in school and they called them out to help. I rushed to the school and when I got there mobile crisis was already there and had him settled down and calm enough to talk. Handsdown amazing work. I have been coming to Lakeview going on 4 years and everyone there has always treated me kindly and with respect, dignity. From the ladies at the front desk to the drs and nurses in the back the lady that gives the u.a for the program I’m in have always been so nice and professional. I only chose to do a review because I seen so many bad reviews but I’ve been going to this place once a month for awhile now and my experience has always been good. Every time I call I have had to listen to this message over and over again for at least half an hour and then the call drops: "Your call is very important to us. Please hold while your call is answered in the order it was received."
It is impossible to leave a message regarding medication with the psychiatrist.
