The phone systems are horrible. You can't get through to a nurse when you need to talk to them. The nurse practitioner would not cooperate with hospice and made Mother's end of life miserable. As in any business, they are good people and bad. most were good caregivers, but some had been there too long, and had no empathy for the patients. not enough staff to care for patients properly.
There is not even staff to attend to patients with actual human care. My grandfather was there and barely got a shower once a week, maybe help with getting to the sink to brush his teeth 1x a week and he sat in his urine for 5 hrs before anyone helped clean it up. The rooms are very small and started with someone. One PT for the entire building. Would not recommend this place for your loved one.
Great care my uncle was living there be for he got real sick and they to great care of him and he was parilzee from waist down when he recently passes away the facility sent us a letter giving us the best wishes to the family would def recommend to go hear with your love one.
