Have been trying to make an appt to see my Dr for the past 10 days! Only to be told our computer system is down and we're working on it. 10 DAYS! Wtf! What happened to a backup plan? What about using a pen and paper? Unacceptable.

Dr. Navas is beyond caring, hat is why is so busy. But the it time is very short. He spends as much time with you as needed. Any special concerns, he will address, not just pass you off.

Had a wonderful visit! It was our first time and I had a sore throat. They saw me as quickly as I needed to make sure it wasn't strep throat it mono. Thankfully it only ended up being just a bad case of soar throat. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The nurse was very attentive and kind and if it was the fact I was in so much pain I would have remembered their names to write in this review. Props to the emergency room next door as well. The GPS led us there first and they new exactly where to point us to get to the urgent care. (They call it priority care FYI) Overall a great visit and would recommend if you have something urgent you need looked at. Especially if your doctors appointment is going to be a few days away or longer. They will take care of you and be honest with you. Kudos again for helping us find the cheapest pharmacy to get the antibiotics we needed. 11/10 would get sick again.
