Discovered Saturday evening we had had an overflow issue with our lift station. Great. No toilet, shower, dishwasher, etc. Called Downs Sunday morning and very friendly, professional young woman talked with me. She was going to have Jesse call us back to let us know what time he would arrive. He called within an hour and actually tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. He gave great advice but we still needed him. He let us know it would be after lunch and would call on his way. He did exactly that and was here within the timeframe he quoted us. Worked on our station for an hour and got it up and running. Jesse was professional and polite and knew exactly what needed to be done...he has lots of plumbing knowledge! We are especially grateful that Downs is a 24 hr service. And, we're very pleased with their customer service and work Jesse did. Highly recommend. We'll use again with any plumbing need.
