Josh arrived even a bit early which was most appreciated. The unit needed to first melt the ice that had formed before the exact problem could be determined. The ice melted and Josh returned the SAME DAY and quickly diagnosed the problem and had my unit up and running cool air again. Very happy with the result. Josh is very knowledgeable and friendly. Called concerning an error code on my electronic thermostat, Technican Nathan was able to see me the same day I called in for a service call. He arrived and less than 5 minutes of trouble shooting he determine that there was a bad sensor on the inside unit. He also rewrapped the already wrapped big line at the bottom of the inside unit and explained in detail how the problem was created and steps he took to fix the problem. Boutwell's Air Masters are great and have outstanding technicians.
