Our furnace went out. Blackwell was quick to come out and service it. The system was over 25 years old and needed replacing. They gave us our options and did not pressure us on a any upsale. A/C wasn’t cooling properly yesterday, left an after hours message…Tammy called early enough today so I could have my unit diagnosed. Time frame was for 9 to 11. Frank was able to make it out around 9 and made recommendations based on cost effectiveness, age of unit and getting system back in overall good working order. He did a great job explaining options, pros and cons etc. For the work done service cost was fair. I have used BHA for years and am very satisfied. Blackwell installed my A/C. They weren't the cheapest by a mile, but I trusted what I read about their reputation ?. I also purchased the extended warranty. All was well until they put me on the farthest back burner after a routine maintenance check revealed, "All your air is blowing in the attic." The technician revealed that less than optimal adhesive had been used to attach the ductwork ?.
