The facility is noted for its quality of service and overall condition, although some have experienced long wait times and frustrating phone hold times with annoying music and advertisements. Despite these minor issues, patients look forward to returning due to the excellent care they receive and the friendly environment.
Had carpal tunnel surgery and everyone was fantastic. Felt very cared for and the team was compassionate, concerned that all of my needs were being met. Would definitely recommend coming here for surgery needs.
I had an excellent experience during my recent eye surgery @ Baptist Medical Park Surgery Center. I especially want to recognize Lana for reassuring me & calming me prior to my eye surgery! You have no idea how much you helped me& I really appreciated your expert care & concern. Judy the assistant anesthesiologist too was fantastic! And Thank you Dr Saul Ullman for giving me my sight back- you are the best!! I am so happy I entrusted you all! Surgery is never a pleasant experience, but all of you were awesome! Thanks!
Baptist Medical Park has outstanding doctors & medical staff. The facility is welcoming and warm to patients/families Excellent food/snacks while waiting for loved ones having surgical procedures.
