My first time at Baptist was wonder. Starting with Dr. Wehle n nurse. Dawn explained everything she was doing. Very friendly n kind. Dawn had done x-rays on a lady 20 minutes before me. When she called me she noticed that lady still sitting in area. She went over to see why they were still there. They were waiting for the doctor. Dawn took them to where they needed to go. Now that is real customer service. Glad I found Andrew's Institute at Baptist Hospital . Blessings
