They would not provide treatment for me because I had the wrong type of insurance. They would not even provide treatment for an out- of- pocket payment. Why is this place called an urgent care if it doesn't provide any care at all?!Don't bother coming here, even if you have the money to cover an out of pocket expense, you'll just be wasting your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to set up a sports physical for my daughter and they told me that they couldn't tell me on the phone what the price was going to be. I explained that I didn't want to pull my daughter from school just to take her up there and learn that their prices were outrageous. They told me prices "could change at any given minute" I explained that I was billing and understood and would happily get an estimate or even what prices were before and they still refused. I ended up going up there to try and speak to someone and pharmacy staff was VERY rude. I know that they are separate from the clinic but I was just trying to see who I needed...read full review

At 3:30 signed in, clinic closes at 7. The wait time said two hours and leave phone # to be contacted. Nurse came out and put sign on keyboard saying she was taking no more appointments. There was no one else there but her and I. I think I woke her up. I said since I already signed in, I should be seen in two hours. She shrugged her shoulders, never heard from her. Called and made appt. For next morning and got appt, once again signed in and waited. Finally knocked on door, she once again behaved like I was inconveniencing her. Exam was thorough, this person has no people skills, should not have this job representing your company to the public.
