Before I discovered Benefit, I had a horrible experience where half my eyebrow was removed and it was hard for me to trust anyone to do my really thick brows. I’ve been going to see Lorena at Benefit for over eight years and I can’t express how professional and detailed she is. Lorena is the only one I trust to do my brows, I even bring my mom too. There are many reasons why I have been so loyal, one is how clean she keeps her area. As you arrive she provides hand sanitizer so you can sign in on the tablet and she even wipes down her counter as she prepares everything she needs.
