“I have been coming to this establishment for over a year and have never had a bad service experience. Today I went to May and this was my first time getting serviced by her. It was terrible. Highly don’t recommend. When I get my nails done, I am going for my self-care time, and I was robbed of that experience with her. She started playing her music out loud and very loud and when I asked to turn it down a little bit, she was upset and said that she will turn it off with attitude. Then she started putting the wrong tips on my finger. When I asked her to use a different tips she asked if I wanted to teach her how to do my nails thinking she meant how I like my nails specifically, but she felt that because she is the professional. I cannot tell her how I like my nails. She refused my service, making me wait an extra hour for the staff to find me another Nail Tech The staff who helped me were apologetic and very kind it is not the entire shop, but that Nail Tech ruined my experience for the day.“

When I first started experimenting with my hair I got blonde highlights and despite the bleach my hair continues to thrive and be silky smooth while being healthy. Over the past few years I’ve been getting my hair done with Jennifer. She does a phenomenal job and always spices up my look. She has her own creative touch to everything she does and I always leave the salon happy. For a while I’ve had a layered hair and a curtain bangs look (2-3years) and oh my goodness! I have not gotten bored of this style because of how unique ,especially because of the way Jennifer does it. Recently I’ve been letting my hair go back to brown and growing out the highlights.
