The office manager and doctors are very kind and went out of their way to help me. There was an issue with my insurance that was not originally caught by staff, causing me to miss a day of work. The office manager and doctor agreed to see me for free since they did not catch the issue sooner. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Parrish area.

This was a terrible experience and I didn’t even get to see a dentist.I made an appointment on their website for 12/27 at 12 PM. I received a confirmation email, completed the new patient paperwork, and I arrived about 20 minutes early for the appointment. However, when I entered things quickly went down hill. I walked in and one of the receptionist was on the phone and the other said nothing to me. She finally looked up and said “are you checking in?” And I said “yes” then told her my last name. I had a deep cleaning of my teeth here and Kelly, my hygienist was absolutely amazing. Kelly was kind and explained the process to me in great detail, she also made sure I understood how to care for my teeth going forward. Highly recommend!
