John Dubovoy was very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and clean. I hope I can have him here again if any issues arise in the future.UPDATE: John had to come back to fix an exhaust fan issue and promptly solved the problem (nothing like having a toilet exhaust functioning properly!?).
