“This is a good outfit with helpful office staff (kudu's to Susan) and good technicians - I appreciate you, Austin and Don! Today, at 2:30pm, the AC went out. Susan managed to get a tech set up for an evening service call. Austin was thorough, showed and explained his findings well, then got things running for just the cost of the service call. Impressive.
I've only been here 8 months, and service costs for anything seem high, but both their service contracts and diagnostic costs are reasonable - and at least you get good, knowledgeable people and excellent service from this company.
I should mention that my folks have been customers for many years prior and they too have been happy with the experience.“
