I'm so impressed with this company! Our hot water heater quit and was leaking into the condo below. Since we are new to the area, we didn't have a plumber yet. We saw a Monroe Plumbing truck in our parking lot and decided to give them a call. Linda was so friendly on the phone and had Scott at our house within 20 minutes. He assessed the situation, shut off the supply water valve and said he would be back at 8am the next day to replace the unit. Sure enough Scott and Chris arrived promptly at 8am and made quick work of replacing the water heater and the supply valve.
