He is responsive to email and text messages, which is important to me. The installation team of Level One Flooring with Gus Aca was exceptional. Unfortunately, Gus was ill, but his team moved forward and installed 1200 sf of flooring in 1 1/2 days in spite of finding several unwanted surprises.
