“Titan Garage is stellar! Firstly, customer service is extremely reliable. Noelle monitors the emails and will get back to you very quickly. The quality of the work is the best. Scott (owner) is very knowledgeable on the available flooring products and will not compromise on quality. I elected to have a quartz-bases polyaspartic flooring put down. The crew were spot on time, very professional, communicable and polite. They spent the whole morning on detailed prep work preparing the floor to accept the coatings…this was hard and detailed work requiring heavy equipment. They made sure that every inch and corner was properly prepped. Several coatings went down and again, I was impressed with the quality and detail as the crew made sure coverage was complete to the point that they were on hands and knees reaching crevasses with a hand brush. The final product was way better than expected! Neighbors have been over and so impressed that they have hired Titan for their garages. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and product, Scott’s experience and knowledge of the different products and choices was impressive. The professionalism, efficiency, respect and cleanliness of the working crew was much appreciated. Noelle’s handling of customer service could not have been easier…she makes it stress free. “I stoped by because I had a unique issue where our builders had bought the wrong tile for our home and we needed to exchange it. However we did not have a receipt and minimal information. Lucas the Mgr and his Hawaiian side kick were very helpful made calls and went above and beyond to track down the order and resolve our issue. Then the girl up front walked us through a few options based on our taste and shipped samples to our house to help us make a decision. Overall this team took a very stressful situation for us new homeowners and turned into a very positive experience. I definitely recommend them for any of your tile and floor projects!“
