“We had LVP flooring installed throughout the entire first floor of our home by Fairfax Floors in Lakewood Ranch, and because we were still living out of state during part of the process, the project had to be completed in stages and eventually finished after we had already occupied the home.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Fairfax Floors. Conor, the store manager who originally sold us the flooring, was easy-going, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and consistently followed through throughout the entire process.

As with any large home project, we did run into a few issues along the way, but Steve, the owner, truly stood out. I had the pleasure of meeting him personally and quickly learned he is a fine gentleman — patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to resolve concerns and go above and beyond to make things right the best he could.

The installation team that completed the project after we moved into the home was outstanding. Leo, our installer, did meticulous work. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and skill were truly wonderful, and the finished floors came out beautifully.
