After reading SO MANY 5 star reviews, we headed over to find Kailynn and received THE BEST service! She greeted us, asked us all the right questions to narrow down our search for new hard surface flooring. She advised us on best options for our home. Every step along the way to our BEAUTIFUL new floor was handled professionally, with a genuine concern for our satisfaction. Kudos to Jeremy for his spot on measurements and valuable info to prepare our space for the install. We love our new carpet, high quality. The install was top notch. But the customer service is what really stands out with this team. The patience, assistance and follow up communication from beginning to end was top shelf and much appreciated?
