“I decided to keep Louy's twins intact so I cancelled.
But I want you to ignore all of those reviews about phone calls not being returned I left one message yesterday and got 3 returned calls at around 9am this morning. The staff that called me were very polite and answered several questions with detailed and professional answers. Even though I declined to make a reservation, they didn't brush me off.
Most of the negative reviews were 4 to 7 years old. This is a non profit service and it is a wonderful addition for those of us who balk at the extraordinary prices by private clinics.“

“We had an emergency situation this morning. I called the office and they got us in within the hour. Heather our vet tech was extremely kind and thorough. Dr Stouloff went above and beyond for my dogs issues. He needed a procedure for one of his issues and she was able to take care of it right then and did so in such a caring manner to keep my dogs comfortable. I’m very grateful for both Dr stouloff and heathers care today. I would also like to add that we have been coming here for about 4 months and seeing Dr Jay for accupuncture and she is also absolutely amazing. Very thorough and compassionate. Overall this is an amazing practice.“

“I want to sincerely thank Dr. Lee Blevins and the entire veterinary team for their professionalism, calm presence, and exceptional care during what was a very challenging visit.
My dog is an older, large-breed mastiff who was in significant pain and extremely fearful. Despite careful preparation on my part, she was unable to be safely handled while awake. Throughout this intense moment, the staff remained steady, composed, and compassionate. There was no rushing, no panic, and no judgment — just a clear, knowledgeable plan and calm execution.
Dr. Blevins was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and attentive, and it was clear that my dog’s comfort and safety — as well as the safety of everyone involved — were the top priorities. The sedation was handled professionally, the examination was thorough, and the diagnosis and treatment plan were explained clearly and thoughtfully.
I am especially grateful for how present and respectful the entire team was, even under pressure. Situations like this require skill, experience, and emotional steadiness, and this clinic demonstrated all three.
I would not hesitate to trust Dr. Blevins and this staff again, especially for dogs that require special handling or extra care. I am deeply appreciative of the professionalism and compassion shown to both my dog and me.“

“The staff is so sweet, our first time and they were so kind and loving to Cinnamon. They took her for an ear cleaning and vaccinations and after that she still wanted to snuggle with the nurses so I know they were gentle and sweet even when they had her in the back.“

“Dr. Howell is the BEST! I just moved to town and my kitty wasn't well. They were able to get me in the same day I called. There was a waiting room available right when I walked inside. Dr. Howell was extremely patient, kind, listened when I spoke, and watched the videos I took of my kittys ailments. He took his time so I didn't feel rushed and is so genuine when asking/answering questions. The vet assistant Vicky was super kind and patient as well. I could tell my kitty was feeling much better very soon after the meds they gave her. The place feels homey, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the kindness of Dr. Howell and the staff can't be beat. I will not be seeing anyone else for my fur babies. You and your beloved pets are in great hands here!! I highly recommend!“

“We love this vet clinic! Dr. Stroup is amazing with all three of our dogs. She’s so patient with our reactive Lhasa Apso and really takes the time to help him feel comfortable at every appointment. With our other two (who are not reactive), she still makes sure to give them all the time and attention they need too.

I really appreciate how she explains everything, especially the pros and cons of vaccines, so we always feel confident about the care our dogs are getting. Her staff is also wonderful...always kind, helpful, and you can tell she’s constantly teaching and guiding them.

It’s such a great feeling knowing our pack are in such caring hands. Highly recommend! They make going to the vet fun!!!“

My 2 cats are the world to me and it was my intention to get a wellness check for them. (I am very proactive about their health) Dr Howell and his assistant are both knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and intuitive about the needs of my Boys. As a Nurse Practitioner, I’m very familiar with a thorough physical assessment. They combed through their medical records and did a fantastic exam which was stress free and comprehensive. I highly recommend them for their services and I’m so grateful to have found them 😻“
