The overall work was fine. However, I did not get a phone call when alterations were ready. Also, we had a disagreement about the coupon that I had presented at the beginning of service and at the end of the service. It seemed to be a very big deal for a dollar off with the coupon that I had. I probably will not return.
Brought a pair of shorts for a stain removal but an additional line had been made on the shorts after the cleaners had them. Going to file a claim and will update once everything’s remediated. Accidents happen but the shorts were brand new. Hoping the cleaner will take responsibility and make things right.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
I am updating my review. When I first took my dress in the water mark was not removed and I was very upset but staff at quality plus contacted my, came and picked the dress up ensuring the mark was gone before bringing it back to me. I greatly appreciated that step to ensure I ended up satisfied
