I recently took 2 blazers into Quality Plus Cleaners Tarpon Springs before a work trip. The blazers were to be ready by 5 pm the night before I left for my trip. When I showed up at 5:30 to pick them up, they hadn’t arrived on the truck that day. The associate was courteous and communicated that their error was unacceptable. He called the central location, they found my blazers, and an employee personally drove them to my house by 8 pm after they closed since I was leaving the next morning before they reopened. I was so impressed with this service. I will definitely be going back.
Laura is awesome, and worked with me to get a coupon applied to my account from an old order that was never honored.
Location does good work, just needs to tighten up their operations a bit (no price list on the wall, your dry cleaning ticket has no cost on it)
The people are very friendly and makes everyone feel at home, and my suit was ready a day before promised. It’s above and beyond my expectations. Just like when I was a kid, home town friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
