Crown Cleaners is the finest cleaners I've ever dealt with. Not only do they do a wonderful job with my clothes, the service is phenomenal. My mother, who has passed away, had given me a coat that I left there to be cleaned almost 9 months ago. I had forgot about it. I called Crown, not really expecting it to still be there, but it was. Denise was wonderful. She checked and found it and called me back. Can't say enough good things about these folks. Looking for a great cleaners in Palm Harbor? Be sure to give them a try.

1 star review changed to 5 stars!Here's what happened: I came to pick up at 2:20 pm on Saturday. Google says closes at 3 pm. The woman in the shop said we close at 2 and wouldn't give me my clothes. I was mad because it was just a quick pick up and I drove all the way out there. I called and left a message to management.They called back and apologized, and fixed their hours on Google, and said the woman in the shop was a newer employee, and that my experience was unacceptable. Thanks for making everything right!

I had dropped off 2 suit pants, 2 suit jackets, and 1 white button-down shirt to be cleaned probably back in May or June. The white shirt was in embarrassingly bad shape (badly wrinkled and discolored). One of my suit jackets had makeup on the shoulder area from friends or family members crying on it during a funeral. The stitching on one of the pant legs had also come lose, and needed to be fixed. I feel like I gave this place a real challenge. I just looked at all of the items today in November as I will be flying back to NY for a funeral this weekend. I am SHOCKED at how great all of my items came out.
