I researched all local cremation services and chose Neptune Society for their complete information, kind response to all questions. We chose Neptune prior to need. And when need arrived they met all of my needs and took this serious and huge task off of my hands allowing me to grieve my loss with peace
Overall it was good. Neptune was wonderful when my dad passed 2 yrs ago. When my mom passed in August there were a few bumps in the road. There was a bit of a communication issue. I would have preferred alittle more communication throughout the process. It was difficult enough trying to deal with loss of my mom that I didn't need any extra stress. But in the end it was taken care of and all was well.
The Neptune Society is amazing, especially during such a difficult time. Every person I encountered, whether in person or on the phone, was so caring, kind and empathetic… really willing to take the time to explain things and to listen. Definitely recommend in these types of situations.
