We were incredibly fortunate and blessed to have Cycadia Monument as the makers of our father's headstone. Kaleb held our hand every step of the way, educating us on all our different options. He and his brother, Kevin Jr., were extremely accommodating to our vision and requests and were always available to answer our questions throughout the way.We couldn't have asked for a more smooth and pleasant experience and are happy this family-owned business exists to support the local area and families in a hard and difficult time. Cycadia Monument Company is absolutely amazing. I was originally going to go through the funeral home to purchase a tombstone for my mother, but I’m beyond grateful that I didn’t. Not only was their price half of what the funeral home quoted me on, the service was above and beyond. They also got the stone, carved and installed in half the time that other companies quoted me on. They were always very responsive to my emails and kept me informed when there was any updates on the order. I also love that they are family owned and operated, which is a big selling point for me. Unfortunately, we needed two markers (a double and a single), but we couldn't have asked for a better experience than with Cycadia Monument. Kaleb spent time with us as we ordered. We never felt rushed, and he's very talented as he draws out your vision. He and Kevin Sr. were honest with the timelines. They responded to calls and emails promptly. ...and the markers came out beautifully! ❤️
