I order contacts for astigmatism. I thought it was something I had to get used to. How they fit was irritating and I couldn’t see near sighted. I went back for a follow up. I thought since I had opened the boxes I would be unable to return the product. Jennifer was exceptionally professional but more than that she was personable and compassionate. The doctor changed my toric to multi focal and Jennifer worked out the ability to refund the original prescription. I can’t express what a blessing this was and how my spirit was lifted.
