Exam was well done, fast, and corrected me to 20/20. Dr was friendly and professional. Lenses seem well done. Upgraded to 3 stars bc basic expectations met.
Christine met us at the door with a friendly smile and warm demeanor. She made our experience so relaxed and pleasant! I could hear her on the phone as I sat in the waiting room, where it became apparent that she gives the same amazing service to all of the clients. I highly recommend this office , not just because of the highly regarded doctors but because every member genuinely cares about their patients!!
Came in yesterday for an eye exam to update my prescription and maybe look at new glasses—ended up having a great experience from start to finish.
From intake, to the doctor, to the final checkout, every single lady I interacted with was awesome: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The exam itself was very thorough, and both the doctor and her assistant took their time explaining everything, which I really appreciated.
Bonus points for the surprise pizza slices I got to take home—those didn’t survive long.
I’ll definitely be back, especially since I’ve got my eye on a pair of Oakley frames next.
