Update: 11-5-2023 Henny did a great job of repairing my glasses after my brother in law accidently sat on them. Good as new! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Have purchased all my optical needs from this store. I must say, Jim Allen is by far the best Optician I've seen. His customer service is #1. I was saddened to learn he is leaving the Palm Coast store, so he could be closer to his home. I wish him the best in the Sanford store. I do hope his replacement will follow in his footsteps. I also give 5 stars to Dr. Schumann (sync) who is fantastic!

The Staff was very professional and polite. They helped to pick out my glasses and were very patient with me during that process. The Doctor went over all my test results in detail. The selection was wonderful, I do wish they had a selection of glasses for the lower income families, although they do not require you to buy anything other then the exam (if not covered) Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely continue doing my yearly eye exams here.

The entire Target Optical Team here in Palm Coast exceeds every expectation I could've had for my 9 yr. old daughter's eye exam experience! She was a little nervous, having only had one other eye exam a couple years ago, but the entire team from Nathan at the front table to Amy doing the preliminary tests to our Dr. made her feel special & safe. They were running about 45 min behind schedule, but it was well worth the wait because the doctor took so much time to explain all of her images & findings to us in terms we could understand. I would highly recommend Palm Coast's Target Optical location to anyone!
