I called Diamonds Direct to see if they could tighten a pin in my Rolex ( which we did not purchase from DD ) Elena said yes come in . They fixed my watch in a few minutes free of charge and while I was waiting, I saw a ring that I fell in love with, and we made that purchase with Elena. I can’t say enough good things about Diamonds Direct and my interaction with Elena from the moment we walked in. Especially as the day before, another jeweler said they could not tighten the pin since we did not purchase the watch with them which I found very frustrating.
